Both writing and vintage are not new to me.

I went to school to become a writer and have been selling vintage clothing on Etsy ◄for years.

Put them together, and you've got this blog -- one filled with my evolving love of writing, fashion, and vintage.

I live in sunny Northern California, am a married mom, and love raising my boys (most days.) I freelance write, love treasure hunting for vintage, and finding the beauty in the everyday things that surround me.

The best things in life truly are free.

My style tends to be traditional, classic, (I pretty much dislike the word "trendy") and I love American-made vintage goodness.

Visit my vintage shop today, Perennial Vintage, and check out my current inventory.

I took a hobby and learned to make a little profit from it on the side. Even though this is a business for me now, selling vintage is still my hobby. While it's nice to monetarily benefit from it, it isn't the only reason I do it. The reason I sell vintage is simple: I love vintage.  I want to preserve it, research it, wear it, love it, talk about it, and naturally, I want to sell  i

How to Jazz up your Wardrobe with Vintage Pieces

Do you like wearing vintage clothing? Or are you still trying to figure out if it’s right for you? Short answer: If you like vintage, you should wear it! It doesn’t matter your age, and it doesn’t matter what kinds of vintage you like, vintage is for everyone. Having sold vintage exclusively for over ten years now, vintage clothing and accessories are a huge part of my life. I’ve integrated them into my wardrobe for daily use: whether the entire outfit is true vintage (meaning every piece I’m wearing is legitimately old), or if the whole outfit is new except for the vintage belt I wanted to sport! But I get asked a lot by folks how to add vintage into their wardrobes and I thought I’d write about it. It’s really not a difficult endeavor to accomplish. It comes down to figuring out what you already wear, and switching out the new for the old. Here are a few very simple ways to add that perfect vintage piece into your wardrobe that doesn’t cost a fortune and makes you feel as unique as
