Vintage Spring Separates

Spring is here!

And I'm bringing in short sleeves, short pants and short skirts of all kinds.

But I'm  always bringing in lightweight long sleeves, too. There are some days, in spite of the warmth, that long sleeves still need to make an appearance with your outfit.

Because ... short sleeves need a run for their money, a little competition if you will; a little reminder that come Fall, that's all you'll be wearing!

And pants, well. Although I tolerate shorts, let's just say, I'd rather wear the longer shorts (i.e. pants!) So, if you're anything like me, I've gotchya covered.

This outfit combo is a military, olive drab green pant with an oxford top in pale blue. To me? Blue and green make the best look. Cool greens, comfy blues ...they're an amazing color combination. And with something like this, you've got a gorgeously cool outfit.

I'm a sucker for men's vintage military pants and men's style shirts, so this outfit is pretty dang awesome to me.

And just a heads up, I'll be taking a Spring Break for myself, so the whole extended week of April 13th through the 21st, the entire shop will be on sale.

Yep. The whole shop. Feel free to visit the shop now, and put a few things in your cart!

I won't ship anything until the 22nd, but know they will indeed ship as soon as I'm back in the office.

Happy spring, everyone!

Perennial Vintage Turns Ten

Winter Sweaters in the Shop It's hard to believe for me, but on November 30th, 2010 I began my foray into the world of Etsy vintage. A lot has changed since then. And I don't mean just in the world. I mean in Etsy itself. When I opened shop a decade ago, there were so few sellers compared to now, and things sold much faster because there was such little competition. But competition is good. It makes us more creative and promotes grit: both of which are necessary for growth and success. And I have to say, this has been THE MOST creative, fun, rewarding, and exciting work I've ever had. I took a hobby and learned to make a little profit from it on the side. Even though this is a business for me now, selling vintage is still my hobby. While it's nice to monetarily benefit from it, it isn't the only reason I do it. The reason I sell vintage is simple: I love vintage.  I want to preserve it, research it, wear it, love it, talk about it, and naturally, I want to sell  i
