Vintage Shawl │Autumn is Here

Usually, the end of August triggers the beginnings of the joys of Fall. I mean, it's back-to-school mania everywhere, pumpkin spice lattes in abundance, the leaves are changing. But here in California, true Autumn doesn't begin until the very end of October, or perhaps the beginning of November. Our first "rain" was Halloween night! So, now is the time to get out the sweaters, folks. My shop has tons of them -- click here to find them.
Found this beautiful 70s shawl just a couple of days ago. So tempted to keep it for myself!

Vintage is amazing for so many reasons. The best reason? No one will be wearing
what you have! An ideal daily wardrobe (in my humble  opinion) mixes a piece from the past with the rest of your outfit accented by modern styles. It's a perfect marriage!

You can be YOU in vintage.

I took a hobby and learned to make a little profit from it on the side. Even though this is a business for me now, selling vintage is still my hobby. While it's nice to monetarily benefit from it, it isn't the only reason I do it. The reason I sell vintage is simple: I love vintage.  I want to preserve it, research it, wear it, love it, talk about it, and naturally, I want to sell  i

How to Jazz up your Wardrobe with Vintage Pieces

It doesn’t matter your age, and it doesn’t matter what kinds of vintage you like, vintage is for everyone. Having sold vintage exclusively for over ten years now, vintage clothing and accessories are a huge part of my life. I’ve integrated them into my wardrobe for daily use: whether the entire outfit is true vintage (meaning every piece I’m wearing is legitimately old), or if the whole outfit is new except for the vintage belt I wanted to sport! But I get asked a lot by folks how to add vintage into their wardrobes and I thought I’d write about it. It’s really not a difficult endeavor to accomplish. It comes down to figuring out what you already wear, and switching out the new for the old. Here are a few very simple ways to add that perfect vintage piece into your wardrobe that doesn’t cost a fortune and makes you feel as unique as
